My wife and I were recommended Sarita from a close friend in Sayulita. Upon arrival we were blown away by the space and facility.  Then we met the staff, Sarita was just fantastic from the very first visit. I am from the US and my wife is Mexican, she is bilingual and had no problem explaining things to us in both languages. She made my wife feel comfortable and cared for from the beginning. Midway through the pregnancy we decided to have private classes with Fanny, the doula. We wish we had started seeing her right away. Despite my wife's entire family having given birth through C section (12 aunts and many cousins), and her being skinny shamed her entire life, Fanny gave her the confidence and support for a natural birth. When the moment came, the support that both Fanny and Sarita rendered at Hospital Joya Marina in Puerto Vallarta was priceless. They were there for my wife at every moment in the hospital and we succeeded in having a natural birth with no epidural or pain killers. The whole thing was one of the most amazing experiences of our lives and without Sarita and Fanny by our side, the experience would have been completely different. They continue to give us advice and support after the birth of our baby girl and we will continue seeing them, far into the future for the needs of the baby and gynecology. If you are a man, recommend this to your partner and she will love you for it. If you're a future mom, make sure to bring your partner and tell him not to complain, he will enjoy it too. If I could give more than five stars, I would.
